AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I hereby give my prior, express, and informed authorization to TALENTOP S.A.S., in accordance with the parameters established in Laws 1266/08 and 1581/12, Decree 1377/13, and any regulations that modify, supplement, or repeal them, among others, as the entity responsible for processing my data. In this regard, the company may collect, store, maintain, use, and transfer my personal data, including sensitive data, solely and exclusively for the purpose of conducting recruitment and selection processes for third parties.
I acknowledge that if any sensitive information is collected, I have the right to decide whether or not to answer the questions asked and to provide or withhold the requested data. I understand that sensitive data refers to information that affects my privacy or could lead to discrimination if misused (e.g., political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, health-related data, sexual life, biometric data, etc.). I confirm that I have been informed that any sensitive data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out recruitment and selection processes for third parties.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
As the data subject, I have the rights established in the Colombian Constitution and Law 1581 of 2012, including:
a) Free access to the data provided and processed.
b) Request updates and corrections to my information when it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, prohibited, or unauthorized.
c) Request proof of the authorization granted.
d) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of applicable regulations.
e) Revoke authorization and/or request data deletion unless there is a legal or contractual obligation to retain the information.
f) Refuse to provide sensitive data or data related to children and adolescents.

By signing this document, I consent to TALENTOP S.A.S. processing my personal data in accordance with its Personal Data Processing Policy, which has been made available to me in both physical and electronic formats prior to collecting my information. I declare that I was informed about this authorization before providing my data and that I sign it freely and voluntarily after reading it in its entirety.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

This policy establishes the guidelines for the collection, storage, use, circulation, transfer, and deletion of personal data processed by TALENTOP S.A.S.

This policy applies to all personal information registered in the databases of TALENTOP S.A.S., which acts as the Data Controller.
OBLIGATIONS
This policy is mandatory and must be strictly followed by TALENTOP S.A.S.

If a data subject fails to direct their inquiry or complaint to the appropriate department, this does not exempt TALENTOP S.A.S. from its obligation to address and resolve it.
HABEAS DATA PROCEDURE
In compliance with Colombian data protection regulations, TALENTOP S.A.S. has established the following procedure for exercising data rights.
To submit a request, the data subject must provide:

Description of the request (e.g., updating, rectification, revocation, deletion, access to information, etc.)

Signature and identification number
The company has a maximum of 15 business days to respond to requests. If additional time is required, the data subject will be informed, and the response period may be extended by 8 additional business days.
If a request is denied, the data subject may escalate the case to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce – Delegation for Personal Data Protection.
POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE & DATA RETENTION PERIOD
This Personal Data Processing Policy has been in effect since May 27, 2019.
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation to keep it. Data retention periods include:

For the duration of the contractual relationship with the data subject.

Until the data subject requests deletion, provided that no legal obligation prevents it.

For up to 3 years after the last recorded expression of interest from the data subject.
Once the retention period expires, personal data will be permanently deleted from TALENTOP S.A.S. databases.
