👉🏻 We are seeking a Controller for a multinational financial services company. The Controller will be responsible for managing the planning, development, implementation, and regulatory compliance of the financial and accounting areas, guiding the company's strategies, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and the internal and external controls necessary to mitigate any risk and generate continuous improvement in current processes.

The candidate will be responsible for the following areas: Accounting, financial planning, external auditing, taxes, and administration. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the candidate will lead a team of up to 10 people. Advanced English level (their direct supervisor is a foreigner). Must have experience as a financial controller or manager in the financial sector or related sectors.

Salary $22,000,000 - $26,000,000 + bonus + benefits
