At Talentop Colombia, we are seeking a Digital Customer Experience Manager for a multinational automotive company. You will be responsible for the area's strategy, the digital journey, and its integrations with dealerships, the business, and the ongoing development of the Salesforce-powered CRM (this CRM is desirable, but not mandatory).
The candidate will be responsible for designing the organization's digital strategy, integrating customer experience strategies with dealerships, architecture, licensing, cloud, and CRM. This role will report directly to the dealership development area with a team of up to six people. Advanced English proficiency is required (prerequisite, as English proficiency is required in several countries). Experience in Digital Customer Experience roles in the automotive or retail sectors is desirable.
Comprehensive salary ($18,505,500) + bonus + benefits
